2. Scope of Services
Wall Printing SKS specialises in direct wall printing, offering personalised artwork, graphics, photos, and text applied to indoor and outdoor surfaces such as plaster, concrete, wood, glass, and metal. Each project is customised and carried out according to prior agreement with the client.
3. Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty on the colour durability of all wall prints, subject to the following conditions:
The surface must remain intact and free from physical damage.
The print must not be exposed to direct and prolonged UV radiation, extreme humidity, or harsh chemicals.
Proper maintenance and care must be observed.
This warranty does not cover natural wear due to environmental conditions or improper use.
4. Colour Variations
Due to the nature of digital displays and the printing process, there may be a colour variation of up to 15% compared to the original artwork or digital image provided.
Wall Printing SKS is not liable for minor discrepancies in hue or brightness caused by substrate material, lighting conditions, or digital calibration.
Clients are encouraged to request a test print before full execution for critical colour verification.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the following:
Ensuring the printing surface is clean, dry, flat, and adequately prepared before installation.
Providing uninterrupted access to the site during the scheduled period.
Reviewing and approving final designs before printing begins.
Being present or appointing an authorised person during service execution.
If the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to postpone the service or charge additional fees.
6. Liability
Wall Printing SKS shall not be held responsible for:
Defects or delays resulting from unprepared or unsuitable surfaces.
Colour deviations within the acceptable 15% margin.
Delays caused by unforeseen external factors (e.g., adverse weather, site inaccessibility).
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of service completion.
7. Payments
For orders up to £500, full payment (100%) is required in advance to confirm your booking.
For orders above £500, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid immediately upon completion of the work.
Failure to make full payment upon completion may result in withheld access to final results until all dues are cleared.
Payments are non-refundable once the printing process has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be made no later than 3 working days prior to the agreed service date.
Requests for changes to the design after final approval may result in additional charges and changes to the delivery timeline.
Wall Printing SKS reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unreasonable or unsafe working conditions.
9. Final Provisions
Wall Printing SKS reserves the right to amend this Service Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.wallprintingsks.com. Clients are advised to review the policy before placing each order.
